Ab 1. August gründen wir eine neue WG und suchen daher eine vierte Person. Unsere Wohnung wird aktuell komplett neu saniert und wird in einem gehobenen Zustand sein. Dein Zimmer wird "Zimmer 5" sein und ca. 14 qm haben. Leider gibt es zurzeit noch keine aktuellen Bilder der Wohnung, da sie sich noch im Umbau befindet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein neu saniertes Dusch-WC sowie eine getrennte Dusche und ein zusätzliches WC.
330€ warm zzgl. Strom & Internet
Unsere WG befindet sich in der Wassertorstraße, direkt bei der TH in Nürnberg. Der Wöhrdersee sowie die Wöhrderwiese sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Wöhrderwiese ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarere Nähe, sowie die S-Bahnhaltestelle Dürrenhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Innenstadt erreicht man ebenfalls zu Fuß in ca. 10 min.
Wir sind aktuell zwei Jungs und ein Mädchen (alle 22 Jahre jung). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG!
