Ich mache ein Praktikum in München und vermiete eines meiner Zimmer für 3 Monate.
Es ist hell, ruhig und ca. 15 qm groß. Bei Bedarf kann ich ein paar Möbel zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, nahe Rathenauplatz.
Küche ist voll eingerichtet. Einen kleinen Balkon gibt es auch.
Ich würde nur ab und an am Wochenende kommen (behalte ein Zimmer). Meine Mitbewohnerin hat noch ein Zimmer hier, sie jedoch fast nie da, sodass du die Wohnung für dich allein hast :)
Die TH Nürnberg ist nur 5 min entfernt mit dem Fahrrad.
Wöhrder Wiese und Stadtpark in Laufnähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso.
