Hello,
The room is in Nürnberg, perfect center, you can check the address – Grasersgasse 11.
The rent is 299€ per month with all bills included, as from February it becomes 305€ per month. The deposit is 600€.
The room is not very big, about 10 square meters, but for this price in the center of Nürnberg, where you have the shopping area 2mins away as
well as loads of clubs, it is perfect 
It usually comes unfurnished, but I am selling my furniture. I am selling a big chest of drawers, a canvas warderobe, a big desk and a chair – all that for 85 €.
A bed would not be a problem as well. 5 mins away from the place there is a matress outlet store, where the prices are very good.
You would have 6 other flatmates – 3 boys and 3 girls, as one of the boys works for adidas too. The others are students. All of them are really nice though.
We share a big kitchen/living room which is fully equipped. There are also 2 bathrooms – 1 for boys and 1 for girls.
Please note that you have to be a registered student.
