für mein WG- Zimmer suche ich einen Nachmieter ab 1.3., möglicherweise auch früher, da ich flexibel bin....
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und kann so auf Wunsch übernommen werden. Falls Du deine eigenen Möbel hast, kein Problem. Ich räum das Zimmer leer.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man fürs WG-Leben so braucht. Das Bad mit Fenster und WC getrennt, wenn es morgen schneller gehen muss. Eine geräumige Küche mit ausreichend Stauraum für deine Vorräte.
Die WG befindet sich im Stadtgebiet Zerzabelshof/Gleißhammer.
Direkt vorm Haus gibt's eine Bushaltestelle der Linie 43/44, somit ist man in10min am Hauptbahnhof.
In 5min mit dem Fahrrad an der OHM-Fh.
In 2min erreicht man die S-Bahnstation Gleißhammer, sowie Rewe und Rossmann.
Die Post, Sparkasse, Edeka etc. sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
Entspannt und freundlich....
Im Haus befinden sich noch weitere WGs, da ist es bei der WG-Party sehr amüsant....
