Mein Name ist Nick und ich ziehe aus beruflichen Gründen aus dieser WG aus. Es ist ein schönes Zimmer mit einem Fenster, wie man auf dem Bild sehen kann. Die Aussicht ist auch fantastisch und der Sonnenaufgang weckt einen hypnotisierend auf, wenn man wie ich mit offenem Fensterladen schläft.
My name is Nick and I am moving out of this WG because of professional reasons. It is a beautiful room with a window as you can see in the picture. The view is amazing as well and the sunrise will wake you up mesmerizingly if you sleep with your shutter open, like me.
Die Straßenbahn ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also direkt um die Ecke, die Ubahn (U1) zum Maffeiplatz ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Lidl ist auch 4mins zu Fuß und Norma ist wie 5 Minuten. Asiatische Geschäfte/Indische Geschäfte sind auch in der Nähe.
The Tram is 2 mins walk, like right around the corner, Ubahn (U1) Maffeiplatz is 6 mins walk. Lidl is also 4mins walk and Norma is like 5 mins. Asian stores/Indian stores are also nearby.
Die anderen beiden Mitbewohner sind Samuel (21) und Michael (22), beide sind Studenten und sind tolle Mitbewohner. Die Details der Wohnung finden Sie in der Anzeige selbst, weitere Zweifel können bei Interesse bei einem Anruf oder Besuch geklärt werden.
Das WG-Leben ist schön, wir nutzen Splitwise, um die Wohnungskosten wie Toilettenpapier, Seife etc. zu berechnen. Wir teilen uns das WLAN, das Sie etwa 9 Euro pro Monat kostet. Die WG ist nicht nur auf die Wohnung beschränkt, das ganze Gebäude ist voller toller Leute, die meistens Studenten sind. An den meisten Wochenenden grillen wir und veranstalten kleine Partys in unserem Hinterhof. Auch in der Wohnung ist es ziemlich nett, wir kochen und essen meistens zusammen. Es gibt sogar eine Whatsapp-Gruppe für das Gebäude, wo man jeden um Hilfe bitten kann. Als ich neu hierher kam, war das sehr hilfreich für mich, weil ich Angst hatte, allein zu sein.

WG life is nice, we use Splitwise to calculate the apartment expenses like toilet paper, soap, etc. We share wifi which will cost you around 9 Euros a month.
The WG is not only limited to the apartment only, but the whole building is also full of amazing people who are mostly students. We grill and have small parties in our backyard on most of the weekends. In the apartment as well, it's pretty nice, we cook and eat together most of the time. There is even a WhatsApp group for the building where you can ask for any kind of help from anybody. When I came in new here, it was really helpful to me as I was scared of being alone.
The building is pretty international as well so most of the people would talk in English with you. So feel comfortable if you don't speak German.
Ich habe mein Zimmer personalisiert, sobald ich hier war, würde ich einige Möbel wie mein Kleiderschrank, einige kleine Schränke, ein paar Stühle verlassen. Nicht sicher über das Bett noch, aber wir können darüber reden.
I personalized my room as soon as I was here, I would leave some furniture like my wardrobe, some small cupboards, and a few chairs.
