We have a cool room for you in our flat-sharing community of two young guys studying in Frankfurt.
The room is approx. 20 m², you have a large Ikea bed, suitable for two persons, a writing desk (if you want it, it is from Ikea and packaged - and for free) and a big wardrobe.
You can tune in into our DSL internet via LAN or WLAN.
You can share the rest of the flat with us including a built-in kitchen (including an oven, microwave, fridge). We also have a washing machine and a laundry-dryer. In the bathroom we have a bathtub/shower.
We have central heating in every room.
There are no additional costs (internet, water, electricity included).

Wir haben einen coolen Raum für Dich in unserer 3-er WG in einem Altbau. Wir sind Studenten an Frankfurter Hochschulen (Soziale Arbeit / Chemie).
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 23 m² groß. Du hast ein Doppelbett von Ikea, einen kleinen Schreibtisch (auf Wunsch, noch verpackt) und einen großen Kleiderschrank.
Du kannst Dich an unser DSL Internet via LAN oder WLAN anschließen.
Mit uns teilen kannst Du die komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche. Wir haben außerdem eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und ein Wannen-/Duschbad.
The flat is just on the other side of the main station of Offenbach. You can travel via Regio Express to Frankfurt-Süd in 5 minutes, to Frankfurt-Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minutes. There is also a S-Bahn-Station nearby ("Marktplatz") to easily go to several stations in Frankfurt, to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt and Hanau.
The town center including a big shopping mall is 5 minutes away. There are dozens of Take-Away-Restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can rent a bike (maybe one of ours - for free) and ride to Frankfurt along the river Main within approx. 15-20 minutes.
Offenbach has a few cool nightlife spots, like the "Hafen 2", the famous technoclub "Robert Johnson", the undergroundish "Kommune 2010", and the mainstreamy spots "MTW" and "King Kamehameha Beach Club".

Die Wohnung liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite des Offenbacher Hauptbahnhofs. Von da kommst Du in 5 Minuten nach Frankfurt-Süd, in 10 Minuten bis Frankfurt-Hauptbahnhof. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist die S-Bahnstation "Marktplatz", von der Du nach Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt, Hanau etc. kommst.
Die Stadtmitte inkl. großem Einkaufszentrum ("KOMM"-Center inkl. H&M, tegut Bio Supermarkt etc.) ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Dutzende Take-Away-Restaurants in der Gegend.
Du kannst ein Rad leihen und in ca. 15-20 Minuten am Main entlang nach Frankfurt radeln.
Offenbach hat ein paar nette Ausgehmöglichkeiten, z.B. das "Hafen 2", den berühmten Techno/House-Club "Robert Johnson", die undergroundige "Kommune 2010" und die eher mainstreamigen Orte "MTW" und "King Kamehameha Beach Club".
Deine Mitbewohner (beide um die Mitte 20) studieren an der Frankfurter Goethe-Uni. Beide sind sehr nett, rücksichtsvoll und aufgeschlossen. Sie helfen Dir gerne weiter, lassen Dich aber auch in Ruhe. Du erhälst Schlüssel für Haus, Wohnung und Zimmer.
Die gut ausgestattete Küche und der große Esstisch laden dazu ein, manchmal zusammen was zu kochen. Verlangt aber niemand.
Der Alltag wird vermutlich relativ Zweck-WG-artig sein, am Wochenende sind beide öfters abwesend. Wilde WG-Parties finden leider sehr selten statt.
Im Wohnhaus wohnt eine entspannte Mischung aus weiteren Wohngemeinschaften sowie kleinen Familien.

Das Zimmer ist für den gesamten Zeitraum (01.03.-19.03.) zu haben oder auch tageweise (25 Euro pro Tag).
Wir schließen einen Untermietvertrag ab, der beiden Seiten Sicherheit gibt.
