Das 23m² große Zimmer liegt ruhig zum Innenhof, ist groß und geräumig und kriegt Abendsonne. Im Frühling und Sommer ist es schön kühl.
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem großen 1,40x2,00 Doppelbett, Nachttischen, Kleiderstange und Sideboard zum Verstauen von Klamotten. Zudem gibt es noch ein kleines Sofa im Zimmer. Bei Bedarf können wir auch gerne einen Schreibtisch ins Zimmer stellen.
Das Zimmer kostet 500 Euro / Monat mit allem drum und dran. Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine separate Toilette.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, beim Goetheplatz in Offenbach und in vier Minuten Fußweg ist man an der Haltstelle Ledermuseum. Von hier aus ist man in ca. 10 Minuten an der Hauptwache in Frankfurt. Man kann auch sehr schön mit dem Fahrrad am Main entlang fahren. Die Offenbacher Innenstadt ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Es gibt etliche Supermärkte, Drogerien, Restaurants, Spätis direkt um die Wohnung und auch der Main und der Offenbacher Hafen sind nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Stadtwald ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, der Fechenheimer Mainbogen sogar in nur 5 - man ist also auch schnell im Grünen.
Das Zimmer wird frei, da meine Freundin ein Auslandssemester macht. Wir haben in der Wohnung auch schon in unterschiedlichen Konstellationen zu zweit oder zu dritt gewohnt.
Kurz zu mir: ich koche, backe und spiele gerne (Tischtennis, Brettspiele, Videospiele) und gehe gerne auf Konzerte. Ich hab Soziologie und Politik studiert und arbeite momentan Vollzeit - teils in Frankfurt und teils im Home Office. Im WG-Zusammenleben ist mir Gemütlichkeit, gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und ein offener Umgang sehr wichtig. Ich bin ich eher ruhig und ordentlich und freue mich über gemeinsame Koch-, Spiel- oder Filmabende.
Vom Zeitrahmen her sind wir flexibel, in beide Richtungen. Das können wir gerne gemeinsam ausmachen.

The 23m² room is quiet with a view to the courtyard, large and spacious and gets evening sun. It is nice and cool in spring and summer.
It is equipped with a large 1.40x2.00 double bed, bedside tables, clothes rack and sideboard to store clothes. There is also a small sofa in the room. If necessary, we can also put a desk in the room.
The room costs 500 euros / month with everything included. The apartment has a fully equipped large kitchen, living room, large daylight bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet.
The apartment is very well located, near Goetheplatz in Offenbach and in four minutes walk you are at the S-Bahn Station Ledermuseum. From here you can reach the Hauptwache in Frankfurt in about 10 minutes. It is also very nice to cycle along the Main River. Offenbach's city center is less than a 10 minutes walk away.
There are several supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants and kiosk closeby and the Main and old harbor are only 5 minutes away by foot. The closest green areas are city forest which can be reached by bike in 10 minutes, and the Fechenheimer Mainbogen in 5.
The room is vacant because my girlfriend is doing a semester abroad. We have already lived in the apartment in different constellations of two or three.
Briefly about me: I like to cook, bake and play (table tennis, board games, video games) and go to concerts. I studied sociology and politics and currently work full time - partly in Frankfurt and partly in home office. Coziness, mutual consideration and open communication are very important to me when living together. I am rather quiet and tidy and am looking forwart to cooking, or having game and movie nights together.
