Das gepflegte Mehrfamilienhaus liegt im vielseitigem Offenbach angrenzend zur Metropolenstadt Frankfurt. Die helle, ruhige Wohnung im 9. OG bietet ein einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit weitem Blick über den Bäumen.
Eine moderne Küchenzeile, sowie ein großzügiges Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne runden das Angebot ab. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Koch- und Essgeschirr ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Fahrradkeller stehen auch bereit :)
Das Zimmer (14 m²) ist eingerichtet mit Doppelbett, Nachtkommode, Nachtischlampe, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange, Wandspiegel, Langflorteppich, Schreibtisch, Regal und Drehstuhl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden. In der Warmiete sind alle Nebenkosten (superschnelles WLAN, Strom, Gas und Wasser) im Preis enthalten.
Offenbach grenzt direkt an Frankfurt am Main. Zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Offenbach Ost sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man ohne Umsteigen in nur 13 Minuten auf der Frankfurter Zeil.
Das Haus befindet sich in grüner Ortlage und es sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Alles ist in guter Reichweite: Eine Rewe-Filiale ist in nur 2 Min. und eine Postfiliale 3 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Apotheke ist um die Ecke. In nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ist man in Offenbachs beliebter Einkaufsmeile, am Marktplatz oder direkt am hippen Hafenviertel mit seinen Restaurants und Cafes.
Ob young Professional, Auszubildender, Student oder Praktikant, sind alle willkommen, die nach einer vorübergehenden Bleibe suchen und viel Wert auf ein ruhiges Zusammenleben, Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen. Rauchen in der WG oder häufige Übernachtungsgäste aus Rücksicht zu den anderen WG Bewohnern nicht erwünscht.
Martin ist aus Frankfreich und macht sein Praktikum bei Bayer und ist sehr nett. In der WG ist ein soziales Miteinander und das ein oder andere Schwätzchen zwischen Tür und Angel immer drin:)

I offer a complete furnished room in a renovated apartment located in the interesting and trending Offenbach area right next to Frankfurt. The bright apartment on the 9th floor (top storey) offers three simple, but cozy furnished rooms. A small, modern kitchenette, as well as a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub are part of the WG.
The fully functional kitchenette comes with all appliances, kitchen utensils and cookware, needed to feel at home, including a kettle, toaster and an oven. A washing machine is also in the flat. The room (14 m²) is furnished with a double bed, a night table, a large wardrobe, carpet, wall mirror, desk, desklamp and chair. Bed linen and towels are also provided. All utilities (fast WiFi, electricity, gas and water) are included in the rent.
Feel free to contact me, I speak English and can offer a flexible rental contract. I will not be moving in myself, but I will be happy to give you some advice on eating out and exploring the Frankfurt and Offenbach area!
