hier in unserem schönen Haus, mitten in der City (sehr nette beliebte Lage) ist ab August eine möblierte WG-Beteiligung neu zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit einem unschlagbarem Mietpreis von 350€ pro Monat (Warmmiete) das größte in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer, eine voll eingerichtete kleine Küche, Keller für die Lagerung– und natürlich über 2 sehr nette Mitbewohner, von denen alle berufstätig, aufgeschlossen und sehr unkompliziert sind.
Die Anbindung ist super - die S-Bahn (Ledermuseum) ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, die Busstation gibt es auch daneben. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Norma, Rewe, dm) in der Nähe. Zudem ist der Main auch nur knappe 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

here in our beautiful house, in the middle of the city (very nice and popular location) a furnished flat share is to be given from August on. The room is very well equipped and with an unbeatable rent of 350€ per month (warm rent) the largest in the apartment. The apartment has a bathroom, a fully equipped small kitchen, cellar for storage and of course 2 very nice flatmates, all of whom are working, open-minded and very uncomplicated.
The connection is great - the S-Bahn (Ledermuseum) is less than 10 minutes walk away, the bus station is also next door. There are also numerous shopping facilities (Netto, Norma, Rewe, dm) nearby. Furthermore, the Main River is also only a 5 minute walk away.
