Es ist ein großes, schönes Zimmer in einer 4 Zimmerwohnung zu vermieten. Die ganze Wohnung ist vor kurzem vollständig renoviert worden und in einem perfekten Zustand. Gleichzeitig mit der Renovierung, wurde der Raum neu eingerichtet. Durch die großen Fenster, die auf den in der Region bekannten Wilhelmsplatz blicken ist der Raum sehr hell und freundlich.
Vom großzügigen Gemeinschaftsraum aus hat man Zugang zu einem sonnigen Balkon.

Das Haus liegt im Herzen Offenbachs und extrem nahe an vielseitigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der in der Region bekannte Wochenmarkt auf dem Wilhelmsplatz mit über 15 Restaurants ist direkt vor der Tür. Die offenbacher Mainpromenade, die zu Spaziergängen und gelegentlichem Sport einlädt ist in 5 Gehminuten erreicht.
Gleichzeitig ist man mit der Bahn, die in der Regel alle 5-10 Minuten kommt, innerhalb von 10 Fahrminuten und ohne Umstieg in der frankfurter Innenstadt an der Konstablerwache. Man lebt also wie in einem großen Stadtteil Frankfurts.

The house is located in the heart of Offenbach and is extremely close to varied shopping opportunities and public transport. Die WG besteht schon seit einer Weile und ist ruhig und für Bewohner jeder Art geeignet. Die Bewohner sind momentant junge Berufstätige und Studenten aus verschiedenen Ländern, die in Frankfurt und Offenbach arbeiten.
Durch die schönen Gemeinschaftsräume ist ein entspanntes Zusammenleben garantiert, gleichzeitig, kann man sich aber auch gut in die großen Zimmer zurückziehen, um dort zu Arbeiten oder sich auszuruhen.
