You want to live together and not just live next to each other, you take on responsibility, but you are ready for every joke - then you have come to the right place!
The free room is nice, quite square, has light parquet floors, high ceilings and a large window. The apartment itself is very lovingly and stylishly furnished with all the necessary furniture. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and a window. The kitchen is a great place to sit together, cook, drink wine ... If you continue to work with us on furnishings and stupid decorations, we'd be delighted.
Location:
The apartment is on Marienstraße, a 3-minute walk to Offenbach main station (from there you can take the Regio in 5 minutes to Sachsenhausen and 10 minutes to Frankfurt main station). The S-Bahn station Marktplatz (direction downtown Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, ...) is 10 minutes away on foot. In a few minutes you are in the center of Offenbach. Rewe, Penny, bakeries, pharmacies, parks, pubs, etc. are right around the corner. The apartment is really very central!
Flat share life:
Janina and Julian are very open, enterprising people. They are absolute food, garden and bicycle lovers. From a movie night to a flea market to going to a pub - you can get them excited about almost anything and it is very easy to quickly feel very comfortable and at home in your apartment. The two of them travel a lot themselves, but we like to sit together in the kitchen in the evenings, often cook together (vegetarian and vegan) and talk and discuss about God and the world. While setting the table or washing up, people are singing or dancing around. But it is also not uncommon for everyone to sit secluded in their room.
Miscellaneous:
Please write us a few lines about yourself by email and we will contact you with regard to viewing appointments. We are looking for something long-term! If you already know that you won't be staying long, you are unfortunately out of the question for us.
* The 50 € are a discount for the common use of all furniture and (kitchen) appliances. Alternatively, you can bring in useful stuff.
