Da ich Anfang April beruflich umziehe, wird in unserer 3er-WG sein kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer frei - auch eine Zwischenmiete wäre ggf. möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach eines Altbaus und auch wenn die Zimmer alle recht klein sind (ca 12 qm) bleibt dank großem Wohnzimmer und Küche (plus privater Dachboden und Kellerabteil) genug Platz um sich auszubreiten. Die Zimmergröße kompensieren on top die schönen, weißen Holzdielen und der Altbaucharme :-)
Wir wohnen auf der Kaiserstraße, unweit der Wohnung findest du ungefähr 10 Spätis, die Hafencity mit fancy Rewe, DM und Alnatura ist direkt ums Eck und sonst auch Netto, Penny und Lidl nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Besonders schön ist es den Main direkt vor der Tür zu haben und auch an die Öffis ist man bestens angebunden.
Mit dir wohnen hier noch Lea und Weronika, beide studieren an der Städelschule und sind viele unterwegs, sonst aber auch immer für ein Glas Wein zu haben. Uns ist Ordnung und ein wertschätzendes Miteinander sehr wichtig und wir haben immer ein offenes Ohr füreinander :-)

As our roommate is leaving, his small (12 square metres) but very cosy room in a shared flat in Offenbach is going to be available from may on. Our big kitchen and living room, such as the private attic and cellar are compensating the lack and prove enough space to make yourself at home :-) The rent is 340 Euros all in.
We're living in Nordend, close to a lot of shops, the Main and public transport. You'd share the flat with us, Julian, working at a second hand store and me, studying Curatorial studies and we're having quite a social flatlife here! Happy to hear from you and to send pictures if you’re interested!
Subletting the room would also be an option!
