Es ist das grösste Zimmer in der WG, mit seinen ca. 30m2. Ich selbst nutze es als Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Das elektrische Dachfenster bietet viel Sonnenschein. Natürlich gibt es Rollos, die die Sonne abblendet.
Steckdosen gibt es in jeder Ecke. Durch das Dachfenster, erscheint das Zimmer noch größer.
Ich persönlich ziehe nur aus, da ich näher an meiner Familie sein möchte.

Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein NORMA, Club und Fitnessstudio. Der Offenbacher Hauptbahnhof ist ca 3 min entfernt. Die Haltestelle Offenbach Marktplatz ca 5 min. Das heisst das alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (der Marktplatz) auch nur 5 min zu Fuss entfernt ist.
Um die Ecke gibt es einen netten Kiosk. Abends muss man keine Angst haben. Ist sicherer als ich es gedacht habe bzw. was man so von Offenbach hört.

Meine 2 Mitbewohner werde ich sehr vermissen. Das wären einmal die Franzi (20) und die Keara (25).
Franzi hat gerade ihre Ausbildung begonnen. Keara arbeitet in einem Hotel. Wir drei kommen aus der Gastro, d.h. späte Arbeitszeiten. Perfekt wäre es, wenn du auch in der Gastro tätig bist.
Falls nicht, ist nicht schlimm.

Wir haben eine zusätzliche 40m2 Dachterrasse und eine Sauna.
