Unser lauschiges WG-Eckzimmer mit 15 qm wird zum 1. Juni frei und wir suchen deswegen eine nette Person zur Miete. Das Zimmer hat ein hohes Fenster, ist tagsüber sehr hell und freundlich. Es liegt ruhig und direkt gegenüber der Zimmertür ist eines unserer zwei Bäder. Im Zimmer wird ein Bücherregal verbleiben, das gerne genutzt oder entfernt werden kann.
Our cozy WG corner room with 15sqm will be free on June, 1st and we are looking for someone nice to move in. The room has a high window so it is bright and friendly by day. It is quiet und just opposite to one of our two bathrooms. In the room there will be a book shelf to use or, alternatively, dispose of.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Berliner Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe zur S-Bahn-Station "Ledermuseum". Ein Penny (2 Minuten), ein Rewe, ein Edeka und ein Tegut (je 5 Minuten) sind fußläufig erreichbar und haben bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet. Das macht das Zimmer gerade für Menschen mit flexiblen Tagesabläufen wie Studierende interessant. Mit den S-Bahnen, die regelmäßig an der Station Ledermuseum abfahren, ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Frankfurter Innenstadt. Für eine Fahrt an die Goethe-Universität braucht man vielleicht 20 Minuten, zur Offenbacher Hochschule für Gestaltung dauert es weniger als 10.
The apartment lies at Berliner Straße and is very close to the S-Bahn-station "Ledermuseum" (S1, S2, S8, S9). There is quite a range of discounters around like Penny (2 minutes by foot), Rewe, Edeka and Tegut (5 minutes by foot). This makes the apartement interesting especially for people with flexible daily routines. Going to Frankfurt is a matter of 10 minutes max. thanks to the S-Bahn. Going to the Goethe-University takes maybe 20 minutes and to the University of Art and Design in Offenbach less than 10.

Die WG besteht zur Zeit aus einem Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie-Studierenden, einem Amercian Studies-Student und einem Wirtschaftswissenschaftler. Uns ist ein rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben wichtig und die Toleranz gegenüber den Lebensumständen aller WG-Beteiligten!
Wir haben alle unsere eigenen Tagesabläufe, weshalb es auch mal sein kann, dass man sich nur unregelmäßig sieht. Wir sind dennoch nicht abgeneigt, abends zusammen zu kochen oder im Innenhof zusammenzusitzen.
Beim Putzen wechseln wir uns wöchentlich ab, aber ein Verschieben oder Tauschen des Putzdienstes ist kein Problem.
Das Leben im Haus und mit den Nachbarn gestaltet sich herzlich und unkompliziert. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme trifft hier auf Geselligkeit, wenn man im Innenhof den Abend ausklingen lässt oder die Wäsche trocknet.
Already living in the flat are two students, one of Social and Cultural Anthropology and one of American Studies, and an economist. It is important for us to be considerate to each other and tolerate each other's circumstances.
We all have our daily lives so sometimes we don't meet each other that often in the flat. But we don't mind at all to come together to cook or sit together in the inner courtyard. When cleaning we rotate weekly, so once every four weeks it's your turn. But you are welcome to swap or postpone your cleaning duty if need is.
Also with our neighbours we have good relationships so living in the house is uncomplicated and welcoming. We are all thoughtful and at the same time convivial. This means that you are very welcome to enjoy your day and evening in the inner courtyard where you can also dry your laundry.

Zu den Annehmlichkeiten der WG gehört, dass wir uns zu viert zwei Bäder, davon eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne, teilen. Für das Abstellen von Fahrrädern bietet sich die Unterstellmöglichkeit im Innenhof an; unweit davon lädt eine Sitzecke zum Entspannen, Treffen und Rauchen ein. Zum Unterstellen und Einlagern eignen sich Abstell- und ein Kellerraum.
To the comfort of our flat belongs having two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A bike can be stored inside the shelter in the inner courtyard; not far from there are tables and chairs for having a relaxing time outside, where one can smoke. There is also a room in the cellar and some small chambers to store other things like moving boxes.
