Die Wohnung hat ein größeres Zimmer mit 15 qm und ein kleineres mit 11qm. Küche und Bad sind ebenfalls eher klein. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Keller. Ausserdem einen Hof mit Terassen. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit Original Dielenboden, hohen Wänden und Stuck an der Decke.
Das freie Zimmer hat morgens und mittags Sonne und ist schön hell.
