Hallo, vermiete mein Zimmer für die Zeit ab 1.9 bis 1.11(Beginn ist variabel), da ich im Praktikum bin. Mein Zimmer wird möbliert vermiete, es ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden ;) Das Zimmer hat etwa 14m2 und wir haben zusätzlich eine riesige Wohnküche/Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt in Bloherfelde, die Uni ( Campus Haarentor) ist nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, zu Fuß sind es etwa 10 min. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 10 min (zu Fuß 20 min). Aldi und Rewe sind auch in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden und der Bus fährt gleich um die Ecke ab.
Du wirst hier mit zwei netten Jungs zusammen wohnen. Wir machen auch gerne mal was zusammen, mal was zusammen trinken oder einfach auf dem Balkon chillen. Insgesamt sind wir eher keine Party-Wg obwohl gerne auch mal Besuch vorbei kommen kann.
Also, da ich ab August im Urlaub bin und dann im Praktikum bin, ist das Zimmer ab 1.8 frei, aber gerne kannst du auch später im August oder zum 1.9 einziehen. Wenn ihr nur zum Bespiel 6 Wochen dort wohnt, wird die Miete natürlich angepasst. Am besten schreibst du meinem Mitbewohner Claas ne Mail ;)
