Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende!
Da ich mein Studium in Oldenburg beendet habe und ausziehe, sucht mein Mitbewohner zum 1. Oktober jemanden neues :)
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral zur Uni, man braucht mit dem Fahrrad ca. 3-4 Minuten zum Campus Haarentor und etwa 1-2 Minuten zum Campus Wechloy.
In die Innenstadt fährt man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten oder entspannt mit dem Bus (306 Campus Wechloy).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem hellen Bad, einer Küche, einem extra Esszimmer, einem 25m² Zimmer und dem dann freiem 15m² Zimmer. Alles 2012 kernsaniert und in einem top Zustand :)
Das Zimmer ist hell und hat 3 Fenster. Der Kleiderschrank soll wenn möglich für einen Abschlag übernommen werden. 2 Kommoden und ein Sessel stehen auch für wenig Geld zum Verkauf, falls Bedarf besteht.
