ab dem 15.04.2015 ist ein Zimmer in einer 4erWG zu vermieten:
Ca. 20 qm mit großem Fenster.
Küche und Essbereich für alle WG Bewohner. 2 Bäder mit je einer Dusche und je einem Fenster. Keller vorhanden. Waschmaschine für alle WG Bewohner wird gestellt.
Kosten
200€ + 44€ BK (Heizung, Strom, Wasser extra).
Alle weiteren Kosten wie Internet und co könnt ihr in der WG bei einem Besichtigungstermin erfragen.
Ca. 7 km zur Uni, 7 km zum Hbf, 5 km in die Innenstadt,
Haltestelle in direkter Nähe (3 Min Fußweg), Swarte-Moor See in der Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Real, Netto, Aldi und Lidl ganz in der Nähe.
Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck-WG, jeder kann aber auch mal die Tür schließen, sollte er allein sein wollen.
Alle 3 (20 - 23jährigen)Bewohner sind entweder fast fertig, mit ihrer Ausbildung oder bereits im Job. Es wird mal zusammen gefeiert, mal zusammen gekocht und mal ist jeder für sich. Also ein harmonisches Miteinander.
