Meine langjährige Mitbewohnerin ist auf Praktikum und hinterläßt ein helles , erst kürzlich renoviertes Zimmer. Es ist Teil einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Wohnung befindet sich in gutem Zustand mit schöner Küche, die auch zu längerem verweilen einlädt und neuem Bad. Fahrradkeller und Dachboden bieten Abstellmöglichkeiten. Gute Busverbindungen quasi um die Ecke zur City , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und viel Grün drumrum. Naherholung mit Badesee in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Innenstadt und Hauptbahnhof in ca 15 min und die Uni in 25 min zu erreichen. Freundliche Leute sind herzlich willkommen ; dabei jedoch ich aufgrund der Gesamtgröße das Zimmer auch für Studierende , Wochenendfahrer oder Berufstätige gut halte.
