Das Zimmer hat ca. 11 qm und einen Blick nach Süden auf Dom und Marienkirche. Bett ,Tisch, Teppich können übernommen werden/ muß aber nicht. Die ganze Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß und hat Schrägen. Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile misst ca. 20 qm zur Lohstrasse. Kleines Zimmer mit 5 qm wird von mir alle 2 Monate für ca. 3 Tage genutzt. Bad mit Dusche und WC ist komplett neu (2014).
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar. Sie ist nur teilweise renoviert und verfügt über einen eigenen Charme. Dazu tragen auch die gebrauchten Möbel bei - kein Ikea.
Da ich nur selten in Osnabrück bin, würdest du quasi alleine wohnen. Ich habe mich aber entschieden, diesen Wohnraum anzubieten, weil es sonst Leerstehen würde.
Melde dich heute noch zur Besichtigung, denn morgen Nachmittag bin ich schon wieder weg.
Bei Interesse kann ich aber auch wieder kommen.
