Ruhig gelegene, grüne WG am Skateplatz Liebigstraße

Hallo liebe Menschen!:)

Bei uns wird nicht nur ein Zimmer frei, sondern gleich zwei!
Zu der Wohnung:
Sie befindet sich an der Liebigstraße direkt gegenüber des Skateparks😊
Da die Wohnung zu der Nebenstraße der Liebigstraße gerichtet ist, ist es hier auch sehr ruhig.
Wir haben zusätzlich eine Terrasse, an dem man sich einen kleinen Garten oder Pflanzen anbauen könnte. Sie kann aber auch dafür genutzt werden, schöne Abende mit freunden zu verbringen oder einfach alleine draußen zu sitzen und zu entspannen. (Der große Grill bleibt hier stehen.:))
Vorne gibt es auch eine Einfahrt. Für ein Auto (oder viele Fahrräder);D) Wenn die Sonne ab Mittag auf der Terrasse hinten langsam verschwindet. Kommt die vorne vors Haus wieder und dorthin kann man dann den Platz wechseln.
Die Küche hat einen Kühlschrank, der bleibt und auch eine Spülmaschine sowie einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle, das auch alle dort bleibt. Die Küche haben wir neu installiert vor einigen Monaten.
Das kleiner Zimmer mit 14qm kostet monatlich warm 350 Euro.
Das große 18qm kostet monatlich warm 410 Euro. (Ulas würde gerne einige Möbel aus seiner Wohnung da lassen)
Zusammen wohnen wirst du/ihr mit der lieben, kreativen Betuel.
Betül hat eine künstlerische Ader. Sie kennt viele Menschen in Osnabrück und hat einen ganz tollen und lieben Freundeskreis.
Außerdem besitzt sie einige Pflanzen und kümmert sich auch um die Sauberkeit in der Wg wie wir alle.
Sie studiert International Managment und conflict studies und beherrscht, obwohl sie noch nicht so lang in Deutschland wohnt, schon gute Grundlagen in der Sprache.
Ihre Heimatsprache ist türkisch.
Für mich war das gar kein Problem und es klappt alles super mit der Kommunikation 😊.

Da Betül am 8.8 wieder aus der Türkei da ist, werden wir ab dann Wg-Besichtigungen planen😊
Einziehen wäre dann sogar schon ab mitte August (ganz spontan) oder ab 1.September möglich.

With us, not only one room becomes available, but two!
To the apartment:
It is located on Liebigstraße directly opposite the skate park😊
Since the apartment faces the side street of Liebigstrasse, it is also very quiet here.
We also have a terrace where you could grow a small garden or plants. But it can also be used to spend nice evenings with friends or just sit outside alone and relax. (The big grill stays here. :))
There is also a driveway at the front. For a car (or many bikes);D) When the sun slowly disappears from midday on the terrace at the back. If the one in front of the house comes back and you can change places there.
The kitchen has a fridge that stays and also a dishwasher as well as an oven and a microwave that stays all there too. We reinstalled the kitchen a few months ago.
The smaller room with 14 square meters costs 350 euros per month.
The large 18sqm costs 410 euros per month warm. (Ulas would like to leave some furniture from his apartment)
You will live together with the lovely, creative Betuel.
Betül has an artistic streak. She knows many people in Osnabrück and has a really great and lovely circle of friends.
She also owns some plants and takes care of the cleanliness in the flat like all of us.
She is studying international management and conflict studies and, although she has not lived in Germany that long, already has a good command of the language.
Her native language is Turkish.
That wasn't a problem for me and everything works great with the communication 😊.
