Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß, hell und mit einem direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon. Zu der WG gehört eine Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Zudem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, welches gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann. Ein Bad, ein großer Flur und 2 Balkone runden das Angebot ab.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum Osnabrücks (zentraler geht es eigentlich gar nicht). Die Innenstadt ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes gleich um die Ecke, die Uni ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Busanbindung in alle Richtungen auch in direkter Nähe.
Mein jetzige Mitbewohner ist männlich, Student und 22 Jahre alt. Allerdings zieht er im Februar 2020 aus, sodass er ebenfalls einen Nachmieter sucht.
