Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Altstadt != weststadt... super zentral und mit viel Kultur Bars , Restaurants ,Musik Uni ,fh,,Wochenmärkte auf dem Domplatz uvm .
einfach ein einmaliges schönes wohnen in Osnabrück .
Die Wohnung ist 110 m2. Das Zimmer welches frei wird , ist rechteckig 350x500 und hat Zeit schön große Fenster (doppelt verglast ).
Ein grosses helles Badezimmer mit Fenster, Dusche und einer Badewanne versehen.
Dazu kommt eine Wohnküche von min 20 m2 wo Mann toll Toll kochen und mit Freunden tolle Abende verbringen kann .
Von der Wohnküche gelingt man zu einem grossen langen Balkon der zu einen Innenhof liegt.
Hier wohnt Johanna und Steven.
Unkomplizierte Menschen, die liebevoll und kulturvoll sind.
Johanna studiert momentan an die Uni.
Du wird mit Johanna wohnen , also nur zu zwei, weil Steven wegen sein Arbeitsort momentan nicht in Osnabrück wohnt.
Die WG- Wohnung ist unkompliziert und jeder hat seiner Ruhe und Privatsphäre.
