Sie zahlen nur für die Anzahl der Tage, die Sie bleiben möchten. Dies ist eine vorübergehende Unterkunft bis zum 22. April 2024.
Das Zimmer hat die perfekte Größe und ist möbliert. Außerdem teilt man sich das Bad nur mit einer Person und hat eines der besten Zimmer, wenn man es tagsüber ruhig und lärmfrei mag, da das Fenster nicht auf die Straße, sondern auf den Hinterhof zeigt. Außerdem hat man eine ziemlich gute Beleuchtung und Luftzirkulation und für mich eine schöne Aussicht.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass wir freitags und samstags eine Bar im Erdgeschoss haben, so dass man von Zeit zu Zeit ab 23.00 Uhr die Basis zu spüren bekommt. Für mich war das aber nie ein Problem (man kann immer etwas Schlafmusik im Hintergrund laufen lassen oder sogar so schlafen, da es nicht um den Lärm geht, sondern um die Vibration selbst). Die Bar ist nicht super beliebt, also gibt es Wochenenden, an denen es ruhiger ist als an anderen, aber wenn man ein Partytier ist, ist man vielleicht gar nicht hier, um sich die Mühe zu machen ;), deshalb ist das Zimmer tendenziell günstiger als die anderen (man kann nicht alles haben, oder?).
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder mit je einer Badewanne und einer Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.
Als Bonus haben wir eine schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne Partys und Grillabende mit Freunden veranstalten!

You only pay for the number of days you wish to stay. This is a temporary accommodation until April 22, 2024.
The room has the perfect size and it comes furnished. Additionally, you only share the bathroom with one person and you have one of the best rooms if you like calm and noise-free during the day since the window doesn't face the street but the backyard. You also have pretty good lighting and airflow and for me a beautiful view.
The only downside is that we have a bar downstairs on Fridays and Saturdays so you can feel the base from time to time from 23/00 h. It has never been a problem for me though (you can always put some sleep music in the background or even sleep like it since it is not about the noise but the vibration itself). The bar is not super popular so there are weekends that are chiller than others, but if you are a party animal you might not even be here to bother ;), that is why the room tends to be cheaper than the other ones (you can't have it all right?).
The flat has two bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower each and a well-equipped kitchen.
As a bonus, we have a beautiful terrace where we like to have parties and BBQs with friends!
Unsere Lage ist mehr als gut:
Es sind drei verschiedene Supermärkte innerhalb von 5-7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen (Netto sogar in 2), tagsüber ist es ruhig, weil Altstadt und Abends sind die Essens- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten nicht weit!
Außerdem erreicht man die Uni am Schloss sowie den Campus Westerberg innerhalb von 5 bzw 10 min. mit dem Rad und der Bürgerpark ist praktisch nebenan.
Die unmittelbare Nähe vom Altstadtbahnhof und mehreren Bushaltestellen ermöglicht es einem auch, mit den Öffis schnell an sein Ziel zu kommen :)

The flat has a great location:
in the middle of the old part of town the next supermarket and bus stop are a 2 minutes walk away.
Also both locations of the university/hochschule are within a 10 minutes drive by bike!

Julia, 24: Hi u all! I am a master coxi student from Mexico, its been a year since I arrived in Germany. I would describe myself as very outgoing and joyfull. As a roomate you will know if I am home since I will be either singing or listening to comedy shows.
My favorite hobby is cooking so you will always find me in the kitchen trying new sugar free, gluten free (all free) healthy recipes. When I am not home I am either working, at uni, or in my volleyball practice.
I love working out from home (calisthenics and yoga) and hosting so there will be people coming on and off in the wg. I am always up for a chat, cooking/game night, or even for a good party in the wg. Expect all the Latina vibes ;).
Unfortunately, I won't be here for you since I am the one subletting my room to go back to Mexico! A long holiday which is very much needed but no worries that the other flatmates are super awesome ;).
Yannik, 23: Hey there! I have been living here in Osnabrück for two years now. I moved here because of my studies in psychology.
In my free time I love listening to music and I’m also active in a collective as a DJ…
So I hope you like techno haha!
Other then that I love all kinds of sports…especially when a ball is involved :D
Last but not least I really enjoy cooking; lately I didn’t cook as much as I would want to but I am hyped to try out some recipes this winter!
Maggie, 22: Hey beautiful people, I‘m Maggie (22) and I study physics at the Uni. I love dancing, yoga, and listening to (loud) music and I try to go running regularly. When I have enough money and Uni isn’t killing me I spend much of my time traveling and trying out new things. Cooking is definitely not one of my hobbies but I enjoy doing it with friends (well that sounds a little weird). I love spending time in nature and if the sun is out you won’t find me in the house, no matter what temperature. Looking forward to meeting you😊
You also will live with Francesco an Italian young professional working for a start-up here in Osna and with Madhav who also works with Francesco and he will come back to the WG from his holidays in India by then.
Da das Zimmer von Ende Februar bis Ende April zur Verfügung stehen wird, werden alle Möbel auf den Bildern im Zimmer bleiben (Sofa, Kommode, Bett, Schreibtisch)
