Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 14 qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster und ist hell.
Im Badezimmer gibt es sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne, zudem ein Fenster.
In der Küche steht eine Waschmaschine, die dir auch zur Verfügung steht. Eine grundsätzlich Ausstattung aller notwendigen Küchengeräte ist gegeben.
Bei Bedarf gibt es einen Stellplatz fürs Auto.
Die Wohnung liegt stadtnah in der Nähe vom Wochenmarkt am Riedenbach. Max. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt, zudem eine großzügige Anschlussmöglichkeit für den ÖPNV. Ca. 10 min zum Bahnhof.
Ich bin 18 Jahre alt und mache gerade mein Abitur. Ich bin eine ruhige Person und freue mich darauf mal zusammen zu kochen oder einfach mal gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen.
