Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter, da ich ausgezogen bin. möbliert oder unmöbliert. Zwischenmiete würde auch gehen.
Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 17 m² groß. An Möbeln habe ich folgendes da: 1,40m Bett (nicht auf dem Foto, aus Holz) mit Matratze, großer Tisch, Kleiderschrank, Nachtkommode, Kleiderstange. Ein Regal, das im Keller steht, kannst du auch haben.
Die Wohnung ist ein Backstein-Altbau. Die Zimmer sind hell, nachmittags/abends scheint die Sonne etwas ins Zimmer. Es gibt einen Garten den wir mitbenutzen können. Außerdem eine große Küche, voll eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine, in der auch ein Sofa steht, und ein kleines Bad. Sonst gibt's noch eine Waschmaschine, Keller und Fahrradkeller.

As I left my room, I'm searching for someone who wants to take it, with or without furniture. short sublease is also possible. s Furniture that you can use: 1.40m bed (wooden not on the pictures) with mattress, big desk, bedside table, wardrobe. A shelf that you could use is also stored in the basement.
Its a nice WG, the sun in shining a little in the room from afternoon. Kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and a sofa.
Supermärkte gibts in der Nähe, zum Netto z.B. dauert es 3min mit dem Fahrrad/10min zu Fuß.
Das Nettebad ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Bürgerpark ist auch in der Nähe.
Zur Innenstadt/Neumarkt braucht man 10min mit dem Fahrrad, es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle 3min entfernt (Hügelstraße).

Nele (31) studiert Musik, ist nett und aufgeschlossen. Sie ist meist bis spätabends an der Hochschule & arbeiten. Lukas (22) studiert auch irgendwas (Landgartenbau glaube ich) aber ist momentan kaum da, weil die Uni wegen Corona online ist. Jeder macht so sein eigenes Ding und das Zusammenleben ist ungezwungen.
LGBTQ-Leute sind willkommen.

You'd live with Nele: 31, studies music, openminded, comes home in the very late evening from university and work most of the time; and Lukas: 22, student, not here often at the moment because his courses are online due to Corona. Everybody has his or her own schedule, easy going WG-life.

Eventuell ziehen Lukas und/oder Nele im September/Oktober aus. Wenn du also Freunde hast, mit denen du zusammenziehen willst, wäre das evtl möglich.
