Das zum 01. März freiwerdende Zimmer ist Teil einer hellen, kürzlich sanierten 90m² Altbauwohnung. Neben dem quadratisch geschnittenen Zimmer mit großem Fenster gehört zur WG ein 20m² Wohnzimmer mit großzügigem Balkon in Richtung Garten, 15m² Küche mit Küchenzeile, Spülmaschine etc. sowie ein modern saniertes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Parkplatz, der frei ist, da ich selbst kein Auto besitze.
Zimmer kann ganz- oder teilmöbliert vom Vormieter übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt innenstadtnah direkt am Hoffmeyerplatz. Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung; Neumarkt und Alstadt fußläufig in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (REWE, Edeka, Netto, DM etc.).
Ich wohne seit 2 Jahren in dieser Wohnung - arbeite in Osnabrück und freue mich auf eine(n) entspannte(n) Mitbewohner(in). Bin immer für ein Bier und gutes Gespräch zu haben - alles unkompliziert.
