Von September 2020 bis Dezember 2020 (evtl auch noch länger) suche ich eine*n Untermieter*In für mein Zimmer in Osnabrück (Westerberg/Wüste).
Die Wohnung befindet sich…
..in einer sehr schönen Gegend, 5 min vom Campus Westerberg und 15 min vom Campus Innenstadt entfernt
..in Mitten von zahlreichen Supermärkten (Aldi, allfrisch, Biomarkt). Für einen Mitternachtssnack ist auch eine Tankstelle in der Nähe.
…in der Nähe eines Sees (perfekt zum Joggen etc.)
…in der Nähe eines Gyms

Die Wohnung wirst du dir mit Niclas (23, studiert Bio und Chemie auf Lehramt) und Lars (25, studiert Media und Interaktionsdesign) teilen. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Esstisch, einem Bad und einer traumhaft schönen Terrasse mit Garten. Dort können auch gerne Freunde zum Grillen und Entspannen eingeladen werden. Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, deswegen wäre es gut, wenn du auch offen für ein WG-Leben bist.

Zum Abschluss noch ein paar Highlights unserer Wohnung, die du natürlich auch gerne mitbenutzen kannst:

Hello everyone:)

I am subrenting my beautiful room in Osnabrück (Westerberg/Wüste) from September 2020 until December 2020 (dates are negotiable and it might be possible to extent the subrent).
The flat is
….located in a very prestigious neighbourhood 5 min away by bike from Campus Westerberg and 15 min from Campus Innenstadt
…surrounded by supermarkets (Aldi, lidl, allfrisch, and biomarkt). For any late night snacks/drinks, the gas station is just around the corner.
..fully furnished
…close to a pretty lake
…close to the gym

You will share a living room, the kitchen with dining space, a bathroom and an absolutely stunning terrace with two other flatmates. Attached to the house is a garden which is perfect for inviting some friends for a bbq or to chill out with the other people of the house.
Niclas(23) and Lars(25), both students, will be your new flatmates. Niclas is currently training to become a Biology and Chemistry Teacher. He is very open and communicative and always up for a chat and some beer. Lars is studying Media & Interaction Design and likes to play video games or golf in his free time. We maintain a relaxed but respectful environment in our apartment.
