Working professional looking for a place to stay around Neubiberg , Ottobrunn

I am 30-year-old, Software developer from India.
My office is located in Siemens campus in Neuperlach süd and I am looking for a place to stay around that area.

I am an easy-going person with good rapport with people. I am mostly occupied with office work on the weekdays and like to roam around the Cities (sometimes outskirts and mountains) on the weekends.
Also know to prepare some good Indian dishes too :)

Some background about me:
I have been living in Munich since 2019 and was staying in äußere hauptstraße, Neubiberg earlier from past 2 years. I know the area really well and also love the surroundings (specially the abandoned Airstrip and umweltgarten in neubiberg :)) and was hoping to find a place to stay around the same place.
