Wir sind vier Freunde aus Göttingen, die den gesamten September über eine möblierte Ferienwohnung am Strand von Mallorca gemietet haben.
Diese Wohnung hat allerdings 3 Doppelzimmer, eins ist also noch frei.
Deshalb wollen wir es vom 14.-30. September untervermieten.
Das Zimmer kostet pro Woche 300€, pro Person also 150€. Bei kürzerem oder längeren Aufenthalt wird die Miete angeglichen.
Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Bädern, Küche und Wohnzimmer ausgestattet, es ist also genug Platz für alle da.
Außerdem ist sie super gelegen, es ist das erste Haus am Strand. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und zur Partymeile sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wenn ihr also günstig in Top Lage mit netten Leuten zusammen wohen wollt, dann ruft mich an unter ----/-------
