Ich suche ab dem 1sten Oktober eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer in einer 4er WG etwas nördlich von der Plaza España. Das Zimmer verfühgt über ein Doppelbett, grossen Schreibtisch und einen Einbauschrank. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit 3 weiteren Personen die zwischen 24 und 28 Jahre alt sind. Es sind alles ganz liebe und saubere Leute, und untereinander sind wir wie eine kleine Familie. Die Wohnung verfühgt über ein grosses helles Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Park, komplett ausgestattete Küche und einem Balkon. Im Patio gibt es einen Garten und einen Pool zur Mitbenutzung. Wir befinden uns ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss von der Plaza España, mit den Busnummern 20, 12, 27 nur 5 Minuten und die Nummer 19 zur Uni fährt auch ganz in der Nähe vorbei und ist in 10 Minuten dort. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr schön, es lohnt sich!
