Die Wohnung ist am Plaza Gomila. 2 Min zu Fuß zum Hafen und Paseo. Der Paseo ist die spanische Meile mit Bars und Discotheken. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt fahren von dort aus 3 Busse direkt ins Zentrum innerhalb von 15 min. Oder man läuft am Hafen ca. 25 Min.
Einkaufsläden, Bars, Apotheken, gr. Einkaufscenter befinden sich in direkter Nähe.
Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und kostet inkl. Internet und Nebenkosten 300 Euro.
Mit in der Wohnung leben eine sehr nette offene Spanierin, die vollstes Verständnis für Sprachanfänger hat und mit Händen und Füßen erklärt und eine deutsche Studentin. Insgesamt wohnt man dort zu dritt.
In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett, ein Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode oder Regal.
Es waere gut, wenn du ein bisschen Spanisch sprichst.
