Ab Juni diesen Jahres wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG in Bonn Endenich frei.
Die Wohnung sowie das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Die Wände wurden beim Einzug im Okt 2020 alle frisch gestrichen und der Großteil der Wohnung wurde/wird renoviert.
Die Wohnung ist direkt vor einem Lidl, Aldi und Bauhaus. Edeka und DM sind keine 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Verbindung zum ÖPNV ist seht gut. Alle paar Minuten fährt ein Bus nahe der Haustür Richtung Hbf ab. Man ist in der Regel in weniger als 5 min in der Innenstadt von Bonn.
Die Stimmung in der WG ist in der Regel immer sehr gut und offen. Wir suchen nach einem entsprechendem Match.
Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr nett und es kam bislang nie zu irgendwelchen Problemen.
Da mein Mitbewohner Ende Mai bereits wegziehe, bevorzugen wir flexible Kandidaten, die sofort Einziehen können und die Kaution und Miete übernehmen.
Der Vertrag ist sogar unbefristet!
