Das Zimmer ist das größte der WG und sehr gemütlich. Durch die zwei großen Fenster kommt sehr viel Licht ins Zimmer, was für mich als Pflanzenliebhaberin immer perfekt war :).
Ich würde dir eventuell Teile meiner Möbel gegen eine Ablöse da lassen, darüber können wir dann gemeinsam aber noch genauer sprechen.
The room is the largest in the shared flat and very cozy. The two large windows let a lot of light into the room, which was always perfect for me as a plant lover :).
I would possibly leave you some of my furniture in exchange for a replacement, but we can discuss this in more detail together.
Die Wohnung hat eine recht zentrale Lage und alles, was man so braucht, ist schnell erreichbar. Direkt vor der Haustier gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man in nur 3 Minuten mit dem Bus zum ZOB fahren kann. Aber auch zu Fuß sind Innenstadt und Uni in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es neben Edeka und Rewe am ZOB auch einen etwas kleineren Edeka, der nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Auch ein Penny ist in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und vom Balkon aus hat man einen weiten Ausblick und vor allem die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Passaus! :)
The apartment has a very central location and everything you need is within easy reach. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, from where you can take the bus to the central bus station in just 3 minutes. The city center and university can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
In addition to Edeka and Rewe at the ZOB, there is also a slightly smaller Edeka supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. There is also a Penny supermarket just 5 minutes away by bus.
The neighborhood is very quiet and from the balcony you have a wide view and especially the most beautiful sunsets of Passau! :)
Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG und das soll auch so bleiben :).
Eine deiner neuen Mitbewohner:innen heißt Lina. Sie ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Medien und Kommunikation. Da neben mir noch ein weiterer Mitbewohner die WG verlässt, wird zusammen mit dir ein weiteres neues Gesicht einziehen :).
Wir haben immer gerne und regelmäßig Zeit miteinander verbracht. Sei es beim Quatschen in der Küche, wo aus 5 min schnell mal 2 Stunden werden können, beim gemeinsamen WG-Dinner oder bei einem gemütlichen Filmeabend. Partys veranstalten wir in der WG nicht, gehen aber auch ab und an mal gerne zusammen Feiern.
Generell gilt: alles kann, nichts muss. Wenn du Gesellschaft oder ein offenes Ohr brauchst, ist so gut wie immer jemand da. Wenn du dich aber nach einem langen Tag lieber in dein Zimmer zurückziehen möchtest, haben alle Verständnis dafür.
Für mich war diese WG immer ein safe space und ein gemütlichen Zuhsause, in dem ich einige meiner schönsten Momente in Passau erlebt habe und ich bin mir sicher, es wird dir genau so gehen! :)
We are anything but a functional flat share and we want to keep it that way :).
One of your new flatmates is called Lina. She is 21 years old and is studying Media and Communication. As another flatmate is leaving the flat share alongside me, another new face will be moving in with you :).
We have always enjoyed spending time together regularly. Be it chatting in the kitchen, where 5 minutes can quickly turn into 2 hours, having dinner together or a cozy movie night. We don't have parties in the shared flat, but we do like to go out together from time to time.
In general: anything goes, nothing is a must. If you need company or a sympathetic ear, there's almost always someone around. However, if you prefer to retire to your room after a long day, everyone understands.
For me, this shared flat was always a safe space and a cozy place to relax, where I experienced some of my best moments in Passau and I'm sure you'll feel the same way! :)
Generell hat die Wohnung alles, was man so braucht: Fernseher, Balkon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle,…es wird dir also an nichts fehlen :)

In general, the apartment has everything you need: TV, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,...so you will want for nothing :)
