32 years old Male looking for a shared flat

I'm from TURKEY and I am a 31 years old Senior Electronics Technician who will start working at Mynaric Lasercom GmbH as an Electronics Production Technician.

I'm a quiet, cleanly, social and easy-going person. Also i'm a musician(Playing electric-guitar). Don't worry, i'll never disturb anyone. :) I have been living on my own for 7 years since my mother retired and settled in to another city in TURKEY. Living alone made me so much tidy and a good cook. Therefore, i can cook you the best Turkish dishes. :) I don't know Deutsch but my English and my pronounciation is so good.

Mynaric GmbH is at Gilching, so i am seeking to find a house around this location. (Planegg, Germering, Gräfelfing etc.)
I intend to rent your room from the 05.03.2022 to 10.10.2022 with extending opportunity.
By the way, I need a document (anmeldung) which shows my address.
Also I need a document which is called "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung zur Vorlage bei der Meldebehörde".
Because when I start to work, my company requires a "bank account" and a "tax ID".
On the other hand, I need the "tax ID" for the start of "health insurance".
Getting a "tax ID" is possible with "Anmeldung".
Anmeldung provides getting a "tax ID" and reaching the post about "tax ID" and "health insurance" posts.
