Das Zimmer ist ca 20 qm groß und ist zum größten Teil möbliert. Mit dabei sind Kleiderschrank, Bett, Tisch, Schreibtisch etc. Diese können nach Absprache mit mir und dem Vermieter übernommen werden. Falls nicht, könnt ihr eure Sachen selbst mitbringen. Ist kein Must-Have. Das Beste vom Zimmer, ist der Balkon, welcher für warme Sommertage ideal ist.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zum BHF Radebeul Ost sind es ca 5 min Fußweg. Dort in der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nicht zu verfehlen ist der große Rewe. Falls es bei dir mit dem Geld knapp werden sollte, hast du auch neben dem Rewe die Möglichkeit Bares abzuheben. Zudem findet jede Woche einmal ein Wochenmarkt statt - sehr zu empfehlen. Zur Strassenbahnlinie benötigt man 5 min Fußweg, welche alle 8-10 min fährt.
Es erwarten dich in der Wohnung schöne große und helle Zimmer, welche du größtenteils alleine nutzt. Mit in der Wohnung ist mein Mitbewohner Frank, welcher aber nur selten daheim ist (1-2mal im Monat) kurz anwesend ist. Daher kannst du dich frei entfalten in der Wohnung und hast quasi alles für dich alleine.
