Hey ich bin Ilayda (19) und komme aus Frankfurt. Seit 1.10.2023 habe ich ein Zimmer im Henri-Dunant-Haus in Ravensburg. Da ich ab Januar mit einer Freundin zusammen ziehe, habe ich das Zimmer gekündigt. Gesucht wird jemand für die B-Phase, da meine Untermieterin (A-Phase) den Vertrag als Hauptmietrin übernehmen wird. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Küche, die nur mit 2 weiteren Leuten geteilt werden muss.
Die Miete beträgt 300€ inklusive Nebenkosten.
Ich würde eine:n feste:n Untermieter:in bevorzugen, damit man sich die Miete teilen und für die Zeit bezahlen kann, in der man auch wirklich dort wohnt.
