Wir haben eine 10 Zimmer Wohnung, die wir mit 7 Zimmern privat und mit unserer Agentur für Sprachdienstleistungen belegen. Mit uns wohnt ein Aupair und eine Praktikantin. Wir suchen offene, lustige, WG-Bewohner, die auch in eine WG mit Kind ziehen möchten, mein Sohn wird noch im September 2014 eingeschult. 1 Zimmer ist bereits für ein halbes Jahr untervermietet, 2 Zimmer stehen noch zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, Böden teilweise mit Parkett, Laminat und OSB Platten . Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, Gäste WC.
Lage zentral in der Innenstadt, neben der Nikolaikirche. Kunsthalle Friedrich Hechelmann gegenüber, Schlosspark hinterm Haus, Studenten-Cafe Horke über der Straße, Fußgängerzone in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.
