Unmöbliertes 12qm Zimmer mit Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch und Schrank. Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben im Gebäude mit kleiner Terrasse und Blick auf die Alpen. Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche wird sich geteilt. Wasserkocher, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden. WLAN ebenfalls vorhanden. Gemeinsame Waschküche befindet sich im Keller des Gebäudes. Beinhaltet 2 Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner.
Mit dem Bus 10 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Nahegelegen ist Kaufland (5 Minuten mit dem Bus/2 Minuten mit dem Auto) und ein Fitnessstudio von cleverfit (eine Haltestelle).
Gesucht wird ein Student für 3 oder 6 Monate, egal ob männlich oder weiblich. Die Mitbewohner sind super entspannt, äußerst umgänglich und sauber. Darüber hinaus auch noch grandiose Köche!!!! Insgesamt ist es eine ruhige WG und wenn es nötig ist hat man seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre
