das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, und kann möbliert übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer ist hell, mit einer großen Fensterfront und eigenem Eingang. Es ist zentral in Rheinbach gelegen. Es hat einen hellen Boden und Sichtschutzfolien an den Fenstern. Zu der Wohnung gehört zudem ein Balkon, der sich über die beiden hinteren Zimmer erreichen lässt.
Die Wohnung hat drei Hauptzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche, eine weitere Küche mit Spülmaschine und einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich Waschmaschinen und ein Trockenraum. Ebenfalls sind ein Fahrradkeller, sowie Fahrradständer vor dem Haus vorhanden.
Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus gemietet werden.
