Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um eine Wohngemeinschaft verschiedener Altersgruppen. Aktuell wohnt ein Familienvater(der Besitzer des Hauses) mit seiner Lebensgefährtin und 3 Studenten in dem Haus. Die Zimmer werden vermietet, da alle Kinder aufgrund von eigenen Lebensplanungen nicht mehr im Haus wohnen. Gelegentlich wird zusammen gegessen, man unterhält sich gern und alle in dem Haus versuchen eine gute Zeit zu haben. Studenten der Hochschule Rhein Waal wohnen derzeit bei uns, da es mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut möglich ist dort hinzugelangen. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, welcher ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden kann. Es gibt viel Natur in Hausnähe. Das Badezimmer wird mit einer weiteren Person geteilt(einem Studenten). Die Küche wird von allen Bewohnern genutzt. Die Wäsche kann ebenfalls im Waschkeller getrocknet werden. Bei weiteren Fragen kannst du mir gerne schreiben.
The house is a shared apartment of different age groups. Currently, there lives a family man (the owner of the house) with his partner and 3 students in the house. The rooms are rented, as all children no longer live in the house due to their own life plans. Occasionally we eat together, we like to talk and everybody in the house tries to have a good time. Students of Rhein Waal University of Applied Sciences currently live with us, as it is quite possible to get there by public transport. The shown bathroom is shared with another person(student). The kitchen is shared by all residents. You can contact me for further questions.
Zur Haltestelle "Am Keltenfeld" läuft man etwa 5 min.
Es wird gerne mal am Abend gemeinsam gegessen und man unterhält sich gerne. Es ist also keine reine Zweck Wg. Wer nicht möchte, muss sich daran allerdings auch nicht beteiligen.
Du kannst gerne über Email Kontakt aufnehmen. Da antworte ich für gewöhnlich relativ fix. Ansonsten kannst du mich für sämtliche Fragen kontaktieren. Über alles weitere kann man auch noch sprechen. Alle Haushaltsgeräte (darunter Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einige Küchengeräte) sind vorhanden.
