ROOMMATE WANTED from End of June / Beginning of July
Hi there! As my one-year Erasmus stay in Riga is coming to an end at the end of June, we are looking for a roommate in a beuatiful 3-Bedroom Apartment in the Center, Krisjana Valdemara iela 23. You will be living with Judith and Tine, both are medical students from Germany in their second and fourth semester.
The room is equipped with a Bed, Matress, Desk, Chair, Wardrobe and a cupboard. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen, which is connected to a spacious living room with sofas and a TV. There are a bathroom and a seperate toilet equipped with a washer and a dryer. The apartment is located at the boarder of the diplomatic and art-nuveau quarter of Riga. There is a bus station to all major universities next to the building. A mini supermarket as well as a drug store are directly next to it, Galleria Riga with a bigger supermarket and a Gym is within 8 Minutes walking distance. The flat is very quiet as it is located on the backside of the building, infront there is a small hotel. The whole building has been refurbished 5 years ago and is equipped with an elevator.
Rent is 300 Euros without utilities (roghly 50 in summer, in winter about 100 Euros) The heating can be set up indipendently in every room.
