Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein schönes Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau, der im Sommer 2017 fertig geworden ist und somit Erstbezug. Sie verfügt zusätzlich über ein schönes Bad, eine offene Wohnküche, eine Abstellkammer und eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3 km entfernten Gemeinde Rosdorf. Mit Bus ist man in 10 Minuten an der Uni bzw. in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Lidl,Aldi,Edeka,Rewe und Rossmann erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer würde ab 01.04.18 frei werden. Nach Absprache könnte auch ein früherer Termin in Frage kommen.
Die Kaution für das Zimmer beträgt 900€. Zusätzlich würde eine Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 100€, für das Sofa und den Esstisch + Sitzbänke, dazukommen.
