28yo master student searching for a room

Hello there!
My name is Neal, I’m currently working in the development sector and will start my master in Urban Governance this year, so I’m searching for a room/ apartment in Rotterdam. I am 28 years old and from Germany. Currently I live in Cologne.
I love meeting new people from different cultures, hanging out with friends, visiting museums/ concerts, city trips, going out for a drink and some food(or a coffee), cooking (asian, italian and Ottolenghikindafood) and doing sports of (almost) any kind. But I also love chilling in my room, reading a book, and taking care of my plants (more or less successful), so personal space is important to me as well.
Cleanliness, especially of shared space, is very important to me!
