Looking for a new shared flat?
I'm moving out of this awesome international flat in the center of Salzburg, as I'm changing jobs. But that’s your chance - so come and grab it!
Why?
1. Your future flat mates are awesome: We are talking about Lorena (native in Spanish, fluent in English and German) currently working at a Kindergarten and just about to open her own Yoga Studio and Ross (native in English, sociable in German) with a job in Social Media. Both are always in for an after-work chat, weekend trips, sportive challenges and whatever else you wanna do!
2. Location is perfect: right in the city center at the upper end of Linzer Gasse
3. Own Bathroom: each room has its own toilet and shower, so you will never discuss bathroom times ;)
4. Ready to move in: I will handover you the furniture (bought new last year) including the boxspringbed, closet and a lot more. So, all you need is bring some clothes and you’re ready to start your life in Salzburg right away without any ikea trouble. We also have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher

Leider muss ich aus beruflichen Gründen diese geniale WG im Zentrum von Salzburg verlassen – aber Glück für dich, so hast du die Möglichkeit dort einzuziehen!
Warum?
1. Wundervolle Mitbewohner: Lorena (eigentlich Spanierin, spricht aber fließend Deutsch und Englisch) und Ross (aus England, lernt gerade deutsch) sind extrem offen und immer für einen Plausch/Drinks/Unternehmungen zu haben
2. Top Lage: Am oberen Ende der Linzer Gasse und damit direkt im Stadtzentrum
3. Eigenes Badezimmer: Jedes WG-Zimmer hat seine eigene Toilette & Dusche – daher gibt es keine Wartezeiten oder Putzpläne, die das WG-Leben belasten könnten ;)
4. Bezugsfertig: Ich übergebe dir fast meine komplette Einrichtung (letztes Jahr neu gekauft) inklusive Boxspringbett, Schrank, Sofa, etc. – du brauchst eigentlich nur mit Koffer anreisen und schon kann dein Leben im Salzburg starten. Und ja, wir haben auch einen Geschirrspüler und im Keller Waschmaschine und Trockner.
