Ab sofort wird in unserer schicken Premium- Altbauwohnung ein Zimmer frei. Wir sind eine internationale 6er WG, am Rande der Salzburger Altstadt, ca 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten von der Linzer Gasse und Altstadt entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es also en masse.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15m2 groß. Die Möbel können teilweise für eine Ablöse übernommen werden. Der Kasten bleibt auf jeden Fall im Zimmer. Unsere Wohnung hat zwei Stockwerke, eine Küche mit Gefrierschrank, 2 Kühlschränken, einem Gefrierschrank und einer Minibar/Abstellkammer, ein Heimkino und viel Platz. Mit meinem Auszug wird ein Parkplatz frei, der kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, wird aber ab dem 20. August ca. sein.
As of now, a room is available in our chic premium old building apartment. We are an international 6-person shared apartment, on the outskirts of Salzburg's old town, about 6 minutes walk from the main train station and 10 minutes from the Linzer Gasse and old town. So there are plenty of shopping possibilities.
The room is about 15m2. The furniture can be partly taken over for a fee. The box remains in any case in the room. Our apartment has two floors, a kitchen with freezer, 2 fridges, a freezer and a minibar/storage room, a home theater and lots of space. With my moving out, a parking space will be free to use. The move-in date is flexible, but will be around 20. of August.
Der Hauptbahnhof Salzburg ist nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Ein SPAR (am Bahnhof), BILLA, Lidl und Hofer sind auch alle direkt in der Nähe, genauso wie das Mozarteum/Thomas-Bernhard Institut, die Linzergasse, Salzach und SEAD. Zur Uni Salzburg braucht es auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5-10 mit dem Fahrrad. Nachts nach Hause laufen ist auch als Frau kein Problem.
Salzburg's main train station is only a few minutes walk away. A SPAR (at the station), BILLA, Lidl and Hofer are also all nearby, as well as the Mozarteum/Thomas-Bernhard Institute, Linzergasse, Salzach and SEAD. The University of Salzburg is also only a 15 minute walk or 5-10 minutes by bike. It is a safe area even at night.
Kristina ist vor kurzem eingezogen und macht eine Ausbildung zur Krankenschwester. Laura studiert Recht und Wirtschaft und geht gerne Skifahren und Radfahren. Sie macht nebenbei gerade ein Praktikum. Alle anderen Zimmer sind aktuell leer bzw. es werden Nachmieter gesucht. Das bedeutet, dass du gerne mitbestimmen kannst, wer dort einziehen soll. Wir waren in der Vergangenheit keine Zweck-WG und das soll auch so bleiben.
Kristina recently moved in and is training to be a nurse. Laura is studying law and economics and enjoys skiing and cycling. She is currently doing an internship. All other rooms are currently empty or we are looking for new tenants. This means that you can have a say in who moves in. In the past we were not a purpose-built flat-sharing community and we want to keep it that way.
Weil wir immerhin 6 Leute sind, solltest du sozial aufgeschlossen und kommunikationsfreudig sein. Natürlich kannst du dich jederzeit in dein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn wir dich mit unserem Gelaber nerven sollten. Ein Sinn für Sauberkeit & Hygiene wäre ebenfalls nicht schlecht, wir haben auch einen PUTZPLAN. Wir sind auf jeden Fall KEINE Zweck-WG und unternehmen gerne was zusammen, ob das jetzt gemeinsam in der Küche sitzen, spazieren, wandern etc.

Because we are 6 people, you should be socially open-minded and communicative. Of course, you can always retire to your room if we should annoy you with our babble. A sense of cleanliness & hygiene would not be bad either, we also have a CLEANING PLAN. We are definitely NOT a purpose-built flat-share and like to do things together, whether that's sitting in the kitchen together, going for a walk, hiking, etc. (Feel free to send us your favorite meme)
