Die wunderschöne Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Linzer Gasse im 4 Obergeschoss. Die eigene Dachterrasse mit 38m2 lädt zum entspannen oder im Sommer zum Sonnen ein ☀️. Dort kann man seine Kreativität auch noch freien Lauf lassen. Fahrräder können direkt beim Eingang abgestellt werden. Man geht raus und hat schon die Geschäfte um sich alles was das Herz begehrt.
Zur Wohnung: Es ist eine dreier WG mit 128m2. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer (neu renoviert) , ein WC extra, eine neue eingebaute Küche die durch das Fenster sehr hell und und einladend ist und einen motiviert zu Kochen. Ein großes Wohnzimmer das sich gut eignet zusammenzusitzen und gemeinsam ein Gläschen Wein zu trinken 🍷.
Zu deinem Zimmer: Dein wunderschönes Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick.
Kurz zu mir ich bin 27 Jahre jung 😊 und studiere Pädagogik und arbeite nebenbei in einer Krabbelgruppe. Bin ein sehr offener und liebenswerter Mensch der keinem einen Stein in den Weg legt und einem Hilft wo es nur geh. Zu mir gehört in der Wohnung meine süße Katze Ella 🐱. Sie ist wirklich offen und gewöhnt sich schnell an einen.

The beautiful apartment is located directly in the Linzer Gasse on the 4th floor. The own roof terrace with 38m2 invites you to relax or to sunbathe in summer ☀️. There you can let your creativity run free. Bicycles can be parked directly at the entrance. You go out and already have the shops around you, everything your heart desires.
About the apartment: It is a shared flat for three people with 128m2. There are two bathrooms (newly renovated), an extra toilet, a new built-in kitchen which is very bright and inviting through the window and motivates you to cook. A large living room that is well suited to sit together and drink a glass of wine together 🍷.
About your room: Your beautiful room has 14m2 and has a beautiful view.
A little bit about me, I’m 27 years old 😊 and I’m studying education and working in a crawl group. I’m a very open and lovable person who doesn’t put a stone in anyone’s way and helps wherever possible. My sweet cat Ella 🐱 belongs to me in the apartment. She is really open and gets used to you quickly.
