Hello,
We are looking for a new flatmate from the 01.07.22. The room is 12.6 m2 in size + a closet room of 6.79 m2 (in total 19.39 m2). The rent is 367,61 Euro (incl. operating cost, internet, insurance…). It is very bright and quiet. Our 4-room flat has everything needed: sunny balcony, kitchen, bathtub, washing machine, and the backyard for bike storage.
The flat is close to the central station, 3 min to the Salzach river, 5 min. to the next supermarket and 15 min to the Altstadt.
A little bit about us: We are three women (26, MSc student, 27, MSc student, 29, PhD candidate). With our different working and studying schedules, we enjoy sharing time together, be it an accidental chat, a walk or cooking. And of course, we also respect and enjoy our quiet times. We like our WG cosy, organised and clean.
For a new flatmate we want someone that is open minded, has experiences with living in shared flats, is organised (at least in a shared space :) ), likes to hang out sometimes and have a glass of wine or Schnaps.

zum 01.07.22 wir in unserer schönen 4er-WG ein Zimmer frei. Zu den Details: das Zimmer hat 12.6 m2 + einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit 6,79 m2 (insgesamt 19,39 m2). Die Miete beläuft sich auf 367,61 Euro (inkl. BK, Internet, Versicherung,…). Es ist ein schönes Altbau-Zimmer mit viel Sonnenlicht und sehr ruhig, da es zum Innenhof hin zeigt. Die Wohnung liegt in Bahnhofsnähe und ist sehr zentral: 3 min zur Salzach, 5 min zum nächsten Supermarkt und 15 min zur Altstadt. Die Wohnung bietet einen sonnigen Balkon, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, eine gesellige Küche, viele Zimmerpflanzen, einen Hinterhof um Fahrräder abzustellen und generell ein recht ruhiges Haus.
Ein bisschen zu uns: Wir sind drei Frauen (26, MSc Studentin, 27, MSc Studentin, 29, PhD Doktorandin). Trotz unserer unterschiedlichen Arbeits- und Lernzeiten verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, sei es bei einem zufälligen Gespräch mit einer Tasse Kaffee am Morgen, bei einem Spaziergang oder beim gemeinsamen Ausgehen. Wir genießen aber auch gerne unsere Ruhe. Wir sind alle sehr entspannt, legen Wert auf eine ordentliche und saubere WG und ein lustiges, ehrliches Zusammenleben.
Wir suchen nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin, die entspannt ist, WG-erfahren, kein Problem hat die geteilten Räume sauber zu halten und auch mal ein Glas Wein oder Schnaps mittrinkt :) und du solltest keine Schwierigkeiten mit Englisch-sprechenden Mitbewohnern haben.
