The room is 20sqm big, and bright. The view from the winter garden is on a courtyard with trees, so quite green which is also nice during summer as it does not get hot in the room.
I will leave some furniture in the room for you to take over for 200 euros.

The area around the house is very calm, there is a courtyard with grass and trees right in front of the house. Also, one of the parking spots belongs to our flat.
You can reach the Glanbach river in 3 minutes by foot and the Salzach river in 10 minutes by foot.
The city center of Salzburg is reachable in about 15 minutes by foot when walking along the Salzach were you have a beautiful view on the castle.
Supermarkets, drug store, and gym:
5 minutes by foot.

3 minutes by foot
My roommate Nina is doing her internship here. She likes hiking, dancing (Latin dances), biking, climbing, traveling, and spending time in nature. If you have similar hobbies that would be great but not mandatory. She is from Slovakia, but she is ready to sometimes speak German, usually prefers to speak English. Sometimes she has a friend over for a weekend and she is completely fine when you will have sometimes a visitor. In the end, she would like to have not just a flatmate but also somehow a friend with whom she can talk. :)
Whenever the two of us find the time, we do bike rides together or cook together.
