Ich ziehe ab Ende März von diesem Studentenwohnheim aus, also suche ich eine Nachmieterin, die ab April bis Ende Juni wohnen kann. Mein Vertrag ist mit oead beschlossen, wenn du noch länger bleibst, sollst du nochmal oead Verlängerung beantragen. Achtung! Im Sommer wird das Studentenwohnheim ÖJAB als Hotel benutzt, deshalb muss man während der Sommerferien nach deiner Heimat zurückkehren.

Doppelzimmer, 25㎡, Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Kühlschrank usw. schon möbliert und sehr schön
eine Toilette und ein Badezimmer
wir haben im jeden Stock eine gemeinsame Küche, im Untergeschoss gibt es ein Fitnessstudio, eine Waschküche und Musikräums. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Lekturraum, worin man ruhig studieren kann.

Auch wenn du ein Problem mit ihr hat, kannst du ein anderes Zimmer haben. Sie spricht English kein Deutsch und studiert Tourismus an der FH Salzburg.

zu Fuß in 5 Minuten SPAR, Carla(Second Hand Shop)
auf dem Fenster kann man die schöne Salzach genießen.
Leben
Wenn du Studentin an der Paris Lodron oder FH Salzburg bist, ist das Studentenwohnheim sehr praktisch und gemütlich. Du kannst in der Küche viele internationale gute Freunden kennenlernen!

My contract has done with oead, if you stay longer, you should apply for an oead extension again. Be careful, In the summer, the ÖJAB dormitory is used as a hotel, so you have to return to your home during the summer holidays.
